I will be picking up a 94' engine and tranny and swapping out my non turbo 91' IDI. What Parts do I need to do this swap? What are my speed bumps? Did anyone do this already? Will be happing soon, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

About the only issues you will have is with electrical connectors. Keep the wiring harness from your 91 and put it on the 94. The alternator connector will be different also, as maybe the belts, so you may have to find a different alternator that will mount, use the serp belt pulley, and still connect if the 91 has the good old external regulator. You didn't say anything about your transmissions, so no comment there.
The tranny will be swapped too. The new one is a rebuilt, but thats all I know... Will get back with more info ASAP. Are the trannys different between these years?
The auto will probably have different shift linkage, but as long as you have the other trans you can easily swap it. also you will probably have to swap the mlps on the trans. That is the black sensor right by the shift lever.
might wanna dent in ur cab where the down pipe goes down thru. I did the same thing with my 92 . I used a sledge hammer when i had the motor out .I thank god that I did that because my ats downpipe went on really well.
